According to Roopank, in 2023 domestic facing sectors are likely to witness a strong growth whereas the salary hikes in external facing sectors such as IT may be marginally lower.

How to get a good salary increment?
In the video above, Roopank lists out the top things you should be discussing with your manager in this year’s appraisal. He advises against threatening employers and managers with better job offers in hand. Roopank feels that while the trend of negotiating salary increments during notice periods was a prevalent trend last year, in 2023 the same tactic may not work.
